Damages and Issues
Please thoroughly inspect your order order upon arrival. Contact our team immediately if you observe that the package item is completely defective, damaged, or if you accidentally receive the wrong item altogether.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain classes of products cannot be returned under any conditions:

Once your original product return is successfully verified and accepted by our facility, you can easily make a entirely separate, new purchase for the intended alternative item directly through our storefront.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the standard conditions stated above, if the underlying merchandise is being directly exported and shipped into the territory of the European Union, you maintain an absolute right to cancel or return your complete order within 14 days, for any reason whatsoever and without needing to supply a written justification.
As detailed in prior clauses, your returned item must remain in pristine, unaltered condition—unused, unworn, fully tagged, and within its untouched original packaging alongside the original invoice record.
Refund Timelines
We will drop you an official notification the exact moment we have successfully received and evaluated your physical return shipment, letting you know whether the core refund was approved or denied by our team.
If approved, you will be automatically reimbursed through your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banking institutions or credit card providers can take supplementary transit time to clear and post transactions to your account statements.
